Children must be at least 3 to 18 years old and enjoy using their imagination to get the most out of this experience!

We specialize in museum quality fine art wall portraits, so we do not sell digital images. We consider the digital file one step in the process of delivering a fully finished one of a kind artwork to our clients.

The fairy garden can accommodate up to three children and we encourage you to include ONLY siblings. Extra siblings are only $40. Our portrait artists will create images of each individual child as well as a few poses of them together so you can always treasure their sweet relationship. With that said we also encourage you to think to the future as someday you will want to pass this artwork on. Which child will get it? The answer to this question may inspire you to consider what other families do; get a fine art piece of each child.

As fun as that sounds we require every child to be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

You’ll want to make sure you have everyone with you who will be involved in making both artistic and financial decisions. The artwork purchased at this session has the potential to be with you the rest of you and your child’s lifetime.

Two full hours and a team of very skilled staff are set aside exclusively for you to have their full attention on you and your child!

Your child’s session will include wardrobe styling, light hair and make up, and most importantly the interactive session in our fairy garden. Once the session is finished there is a brief pause while your child’s images are prepared for viewing. We call this a same-day presentation and it’s your opportunity to choose and purchase your child’s portraits.

We furnish the beautiful wardrobe and props, so just bring your child ready to have an amazing time! When you register, we will ask for your child’s age and size to be sure we have the appropriate sizes available.

Our Fairytale portrait artists are Jennifer. Jennifer has 30 years of photography experience and 3 children of her own. She will guide your child through this interactive photography experience!

Although no purchase is necessary, most people fall in love with what we create and want to have these images as a keepsake to treasure for generations.

Portraits start at $500 per image, and multiple image pieces begin at $1400. Families often invest between $900-3000 on their fine art collections—the choice is completely up to you! We have a great selection of products that work for a variety of budgets and tastes.

Expect this portion of your appointment to last 40 to 50 minutes. Childcare is provided and we strongly encourage you to not have your children in the theater room as the images are not yet complete and do not compare to what’s in their imagination. Basically we don’t want to spoil the surprise!

The photographer requires about 20 minutes to prepared your child’s images for viewing. Once they are done you are invited to view and purchase your portraits in our viewing theater. You’ll be helped through the selection process, given the opportunity to see your image choices life size, and choose your framing. We will show you all of your product choices and help you decide how to display your favorite portraits.

Payment plans are a great way to get exactly what you want while spreading out the cost!

We use Affirm, the same company Amazon and many other familiar businesses use to create helpful option to own your child’s artwork. These plans are treated “same as cash” so your order is immediately put into production. Because our artists begin creating your portraits right away, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

Yes there is a $40 fee to schedule a second presentation appointment. The session along with the view and order time is designed to require the least interruption to people’s busy schedules and allow all the key artistic and financial decision makers the opportunity to participate.

Original Art: All original art sales are final. Cancellations and refunds are not available once the artwork is submitted into production and the commission contract is signed. In most cases production commences immediately upon completion of the view and order appointment with a signed contract in hand.

We are committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our clients and offer to either replace artwork damaged in shipping at no cost to you.

If the artwork is defective in workmanship or production we will remake immediately at no cost to you.

All session certificates are specifically designated for the original purchaser/winner and are non-transferrable.

We are a very in-demand, high-end portrait studio and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients throughout the Northwest.

We block out our studio and staff, who come in from out of town, for two hours for every appointment. Our session fees are in place to assure that we are booking serious and committed clients. If you are a client who books with a gift certificate, the session fee is fully refundable on the day of your session (as long as you show for your appointment).

Our session fee is $199 and covers your fairytale experience as well as your exclusive portrait proofing. Please plan to be with us for approximately 2 hours.

Booking fees on appointments rescheduled with more than two weeks notice are applied to the new appointment and will be refunded on the day of the appointment.

Rescheduling an appointment with less than two weeks notice will result in a loss of the booking fee.

The booking fee is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments.
